TS Campus gives schools, administrators, staff, parents, and authorized users a clear way to request deletion of personal data associated with our school ERP platform. We review every request carefully to protect student records, school operations, and applicable legal obligations.
2. Who Can Request Deletion
You may request deletion if you are:
- A registered school administrator for a TS Campus account
- A staff member, parent, student, or guardian whose data is stored in the platform
- An authorized representative of an institution using TS Campus
3. How to Submit a Request
Send your data deletion request to support@tscampus.com. To help us process it quickly, include enough details to verify your identity and locate the correct school account.
- Email us from the account email used in TS Campus.
- Include your school name, registered phone number, and the data you want deleted.
- Our support team verifies the request and confirms the expected completion timeline.
- We delete eligible personal data and send a completion confirmation.
4. Data We Can Delete
Depending on your account role and school authorization, eligible deletion may include:
- User profile details such as name, email, and phone number
- Parent, student, or staff records no longer required by the school
- Uploaded documents, messages, and support information linked to your account
- Optional communication preferences and marketing consent records
5. Data We May Need to Retain
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or school administration purposes:
- Billing, invoice, and tax records that must be kept for legal compliance.
- Security logs needed to prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access.
- Data your school is legally required to retain for academic or administrative records.
- Backups that are automatically overwritten through our standard backup cycle.
6. Processing Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Verified requests are typically completed within 30 days unless a longer period is required because of school approval, legal retention requirements, or technical backup cycles.
